Dukes Waffy Stick Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Dukes Chocolate Waffy
- 4-5 Dukes Digestive biscuits
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup dry coconut powder
- 1 tablespoon kesar soaked in milk
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoon butter
- 1 table spoon powdered Elaichi
Method
- Grind 2 of Dukes Chocolate Waffy and Dukes Digestive biscuits in a blender
- Add milk and kneed to a smooth pliable dough. Set aside to set
- Mix dry coconut powder, sugar, elaichi powder, kesar soaked in milk and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Take some biscuit dough and roll it with a rolling pin like thick chapatti, spread the coconut-sugar mixture all over chapatti
- Place one stick of Dukes Chocolate Waffy in the centre and roll the chapatti to form a cylinder and keep aside
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough
- Refrigerate the rolls for about 30-45 minutes. Remove from freezer and cut them width wise
- Serve Dukes Waffy Stick Rolls.
