Dukes Waffy Fruit Yoghurt Parfait

Ingredients

(An energy boosting breakfast bowl that makes a great alternative to cereal and keep me full until lunch)

  • Six packets of Dukes Waffy ( crushed)
  • 1cup skim milk yogurt
  • Fresh fruits ( seasonal) of your choice - sliced
  • 3 tbsp mixed nuts, dates

Method

  1. Layer the bowl with crumbled Dukes Waffy wafers.
  2. Then add 3 tablespoons of yogurt, layer with fresh and dry fruits, some more yogurt, and finally
  3. sprinkle Dukes Waffy crumble on top.
