Choco Coco Stuffed Snow Balls

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Dukes Digestive Biscuits
- ½ cup Almonds
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- ¼ cup sugar
- Few drops of rose essence
- ½ cup milk
- Chocolate and desiccated coconut balls
- Refined powdered sugar
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add crushed Dukes Digestive biscuits and almonds to ghee. Mix it till it emits a nice aroma
- Once done, add sugar, milk and rose essence to it. Turn off flame and allow it to cool
- Take some mixture and stuff it with chocolate and dissiccated coconut and give it a shape of a ball
- Once the balls are made, roll these in refined powdered sugar
- Choco Coco Stuffed Snow Balls are ready to serve.
