Nibbles cocktail skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 box Dukes Nibbles (salted)
  • 100 gms of paneer
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • For the marination:
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped finely
  • 2 tsp chilli chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ¼ cup cheese
  • ¼ cup hung curd
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • Salt to taste

Preparation time

30 minutes

Method

  1. Cut the paneer into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Cut the onion and red pepper into cubes
  3. Mix all the marination ingredients and marinate the paneer and vegetables.
  4. Heat a tave and grill the paneer and vegetables.
  5. To proceed thread two nibbles on a skewer.
  6. Add a piece of paneer and vegetables. Repeat once more, ending with two more nibbles.
  7. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve.
