Nibbles cocktail skewers

Ingredients
- 1 box Dukes Nibbles (salted)
- 100 gms of paneer
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- For the marination:
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger chopped finely
- 2 tsp chilli chopped finely
- 1 tbsp mint chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp black salt
- ¼ cup cheese
- ¼ cup hung curd
- 1 tsp corn flour
- Salt to taste

Method
- Cut the paneer into 1 cm cubes.
- Cut the onion and red pepper into cubes
- Mix all the marination ingredients and marinate the paneer and vegetables.
- Heat a tave and grill the paneer and vegetables.
- To proceed thread two nibbles on a skewer.
- Add a piece of paneer and vegetables. Repeat once more, ending with two more nibbles.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve.
